Run Coaching

Have you been toying with the idea of running a marathon?  Or maybe you want to PR a 5k?  Maybe you want to qualify for Boston or just learn how to train the right way?  I never understood what proper training for running meant until I got a coach and started to understand the WHY behind it.  There is a purpose to every workout and every single run.  There is a reason you run more miles one week and less one week.

With my new run coaching – you get a personalized 4 week program that is based on where you are now and where you want to be.   We work towards that PR or that race until you cross that finish line and crush that goal.  We only do 4 weeks at a time to ensure that you stay on pace and address any issues that come up along the way.  With the run coaching you get the following:

-A one-on-one consultation call to talk through goals

-Personalized online program with mileage and paces

-Online calendar and app where you can upload all of your runs and track your progress

-Access to your trainer – ME! – at all times via text, email or phone

-10% off any personal training package
