Chocolate Drizzled Apples

What more could you want from a dessert?  Healthy and sweet with a touch of any goodness you want to include!  This recipe is quick and easy!  I got the idea from another blog that I just love – Lexi’s Clean Kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
Semi-sweet or dark chocolate
A bag of small apples
Sticks or straws
Parchment paper
Any topping you want (I used slivered almonds and Trader Joe’s gluten free granola)
DIRECTIONS:
Set up your parchment paper on a cookie sheet.  You’ll want to take the stem out of each apple and stab the straw into where the stem was!  While you’re doing this – heat your chocolate on low to medium heat   Once the chocolate is melted, drizzle it over the apple then add your choice of topping.  Place on parchment paper and let them sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours to harden before serving.
