WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER WHEN YOU ARE IN A BAD MOOD?

Good question!  Going for a run or a workout is probably the best thing.  You never look back and regret a workout – it always makes you better!  Other things – my dog :), or actually sitting and thinking about good things in my life.  The good always outweighs the bad, and usually a bad mood is a state of mind, so you can beat it with the positive.  🙂
