Bosu Ball Plank Ups

Move of the week!  BOSU BALL PLANK UPS!  This is an amazing full body move that targets the core and the arms.

Start with your hands in a straight plank with your feet on a bosu or a ball.  (Use a med ball or something stationary that is low to the ground to try to keep your hips in line with your feet). Walk down to your forearms and back up to your hands.  Repeat for a minute if possible.  Try a few reps and hold in each position for a second or 2. If the ball is too hard practice with your feet on the floor.  Woohoooo!  Let me know how you like this exercise!
