Weighted Full Body Burpies

We have the gorgeous Megan Eberhard here showing us a full body burpie!  This is a full body move that incorporates cardio abs, shoulders, bis, tris, core, legs – the whole 9!  Holding medium weights (she has 12 lbs) perform a burpie and hold the plank at the bottom. Using your abs – hop in, out, to the side and back on both sides.  Hop up then bicep curl and overhead press.  Come all the way back down and repeat!  Try 5 of these, if you’re feeling good – take it 10, 15 and beyond!
