The move of the week is the MOUNTAIN CLIMBER (on crack)! Mountain climbers are awesome and a great way to get your heart rate up with low impact. It’s a full body exercise that you can do a million different ways! This guy targets the shoulders, core and legs. The exercise in the video – modeled by my amazing client Danielle Bertiger is the TRX mountain climber. Hands on floor, feet in the TRX and pull the knees towards your chest one at a time. Keep your core strong and back flat. You can do these without the TRX just on the floor or off of a bench or bosu or med ball. You can put your hands on any of those then work the feet on the floor or for more challenge put your feet on the bench or bosu and go for it!
